Welcome Lenka Pešková, Lenka Fabová and Eva Zelinková!

Lenka Pešková graduated from Charles University, Faculty of Arts, field of andragogy. She gained her first HR experience in a petrochemical company with more than 2000 employees. Then she moved to area of HR consulting and gained leadership experience by leading various teams, larger or smaller, in several international recruitment companies such as Hays, Manpower or Randstad. Within these companies she kept management positions in different areas – from temporary staffing or permanent placement to projects focused on Recruitment Process Outsourcing. She was responsible for strategy, development and growth of business as well as recruiters’ performance management.

At recruitment and outsourcing agency Devire, Lenka will be a head of Technology Business Unit and will focus on development and leadership of a team of technical recruiters, ie. for sectors such as Information Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing & Logistics or Construction & Property. Short-term goal is building a successful division of temporary staffing and therefore, extend Devire services such as Permanent Placement and IT Contracting in the Czech republic.

Lenka’s hobbies are sports, reading, gardening and taking care of her cats and dogs.

Lenka Fabová has started her career in Retail where she worked almost 8 years. Then she continued her career in recruitment agency Hays where she was nearly 9 years and thanks to her previous experience she succesfully built a Retail division. She cooperated with plenty of top players on Retail and FMCG market and thanks to her success she was promoted to a role of Team Leader and could build her teams responsible for Retail and Office Professionals. Later, she became responsible also for managing branch office in Prague or Brno.

“What’s important for me at work is a stable team, good atmosphere, people development that always cherrish me and of course, business results”, says Lenka.

At Devire, Lenka will be responsible for the Professionals division where she can apply her recruitment and business development experience and at the same time, she will focus on development of her team in areas of Sales & Marketing, SSC, Office Support (HR, Legal) or Life Sciences. She will also manage a newly opened branch office in Brno.

In her leisure time, Lenka loves travelling, tasty meals, white wine, black humour, her cat pet Boonsong and Mariah Carey.

Eva Zelinková is an experienced sales person and almost the whole time was dedicated to IT area where she focused on delivery of both, internal and external IT experts. She started her career as Sales & Account Manager where she developed cooperation with customers mainly from banking and financial sector. Later, she was promoted to a role of Team Leader and very soon she was responsible for the whole division of IT Contracting which was a part of RPO and MSP projects and with that she participated also at company strategy development.

“Even after all those years I still enjoy IT as this is an environment that keeps evolving and the same as me – never stands still”, mentions Eva.

And because Eva never stands still, she devotes her leisure time to travelling and exploring new places. Besides that she loves music, laughter, sweet wine and lilies.
